lol no-one knows what it is until the see the link. as for the character. eye colour not same. otherwise it does pretty much look like tamaki. like 'tamaki when she is to lazy to do her hair' or something =P

Right one is Rio

dunno about that new one. hair colour heads more towards light brown i think. and again eye colour. original tamaki seen in my sig.
