| The sparkling part: Refer those at Pixies please. There is no lore that I know of where Vampires sparkle. Pixies do sparkle as far as I am somehow able to remember.
Biting part: Vampires don't always have to bite to get blood inside them. But biting is still always part of there nature... Still, Biting a bottle might be a bit hard, if the Vampire stored it in a bottle.
Reflection part: There is a lore (Or there are multiple different lores) where vampires do have a reflection. In that same way also able to normally walk in sunlight without trouble. Nice example are the vampires in the anime 'Kore wa Zombie Desu ka?'.
Not being Vampire part: Vampire that isn't a Vampire is just not a Vampire. Lets list them under 'Unidentified beings' for now.
Impotent part: I lack blood flow? :< | |

Also, vampires have no reflection because they have no souls. A vampire being in sunlight isn't too bad, but one with a reflection isn't a vampire. Even if they do bite people's necks... well, if they aren't vampires, and bite people's necks, they are either psychopathic, a werewolf (or something like that) or a zombie. | |

And like I said, different lores. There are vampires without reflection and there are vampires with reflection.
Vampires that will die from being exposed to sunlight and vampires that can stand in it all day without having to fear for their lives.
All depends on what lore they are from really. | |
