I've almost always worn one.
First school was blue shirt and stripy tie, second school was green jumper and yellow polo/yellow or green gingham, third school was blue jumper and white polo/blue gingham, fourth school was red jumper and white polo/red gingham. Fifth school - high school - had two uniforms - green jumper and white shirt and then black V-neck jumper (it had to be emblazoned and the damn thing cost twenty quid), green and yellow stripy tie and white shirt.
Now I'm home-ed, I dun have to wear a uniform.
(And before you ask, yes, black shoes and black trousers for all of them) | |

| and i haven't had to wear a school uniform. in the netherlands you can wear whatever the fuck you want on school... well, it is limited to no racism and and stuff like that i think, but overall, things are pretty much accepted. | |
